The Road Ahead

דֶּרֶךְ Derech · “the way”

The early Church was entirely Jewish, and within a hundred years it had cut itself off from those roots. Since 2008 we have worked to restore that severed root and to stand with the Jewish people. Here is where we are going over the next five years, and what it will take to get there.

Three Pillars

The ministry teaches, travels, and talks

Everything in this vision grows out of the three things Master Minded Ministries already does well.

Education

Teaching series and gatherings that open the Hebrew world of the Bible to everyday believers, in churches, schools, and Tuesday Night Live.

Biblical Journeys

Trips to Israel, Jordan, Egypt, and beyond, so the places people have studied come alive under their feet.

The Teacher and the Preacher

A weekly radio conversation between an Orthodox Jew and a Christian pastor, on the air since 2011 and now heard on 52 stations.

Five Mile Markers

From a teaching ministry to a recognized voice

Each year builds on the one before it. These are the goals we will measure ourselves against.

1YEAR

Foundation

Education as the main priority: printed materials and curriculum, teaching in schools and churches, student scholarships to Israel, broadcast growth, and a modest office as a home base.

Mile marker: 10 churches · 15 pastors & leaders trained · 10 students to Israel

2YEAR

Amplify

Events that bring in key voices to inspire and challenge, and to show how serious and fast-growing antisemitism is. The broadcast becomes available on demand through podcast and video.

Mile marker: 20 churches · 50 leaders trained · +25% listeners & viewers

3YEAR

Establish

A full office and our first new staff, professional website and digital management, and a growing network of partners who share our heart for Israel and the Jewish people.

Mile marker: 35 churches · 100 leaders trained · 15 partners · +50% reach

4YEAR

Expand

Our first annual conference for church and community leaders, several journeys to Israel each year, and formal partnerships with Jewish community organizations.

Mile marker: 50 churches · 150 leaders trained · 20 partnerships

5YEAR

The Destination

An established ministry with an office, an adequate team, high visibility, and a recognized public voice, reaching people through events, journeys, publications, and many educational avenues.

Mile marker: 75 churches · 200 leaders trained · 25 students a year to Israel · Reach doubled

What Growth Will Require

The needs along the way

A larger work needs more than larger programs. Each resource below is added when the work calls for it, so every investment follows growth that is already happening.
